Feeling down or anxious?
The last couple of years have been tough for us all. If you need a helping hand with your mental health, there is a range of services to support you without the need for referral. And of course you can always speak with your practice team.

Lines are open 24 hours a day. If you or another person have been harmed or are at immediate risk, you may require an emergency response – call 999.

Are you an adult with ADHD or Autism (even if you don't have a formal diagnosis yet)?
Mind now have a service to support peole with adult ADHD and Autism. The service offers
- a social group on the first Friday of the month from 10am - 12pm, in their Gateshead office.
- In 1:1s, with an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help create a personalised plan to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
- 5 week "Autism and Me" and / or "ADHD and me" courses to learn about yourself and coping strategies to help with daily life
You will be supported by people who understand you, who are neurodiverse and who are experts in mental health and wellbeing.
